Inspiration for the June Challenge

My June challenge is working out everyday and increase my energy and fitness level. A big inspiration for me has been my Dad. He ran a 10k in May even though he hasn't run one since 1987 (a year before I was born). He's almost 60, so if he can do that, I can definitely try to do a few extra crunches everyday :)
